a
nd the 50 plus!

Come and Energise yourselves with Old Hindi Songs as a Group Singing Activity.
Play Instruments / Dance / Sing and Remember the Good Old Days!!

The impact of music and songs on us all is wide ranging:

  • For people with Dementia/Alzheimer’s it can bring back old memories (often memorable ones), of what formed a part of their life at the time they sang a particular song. Singing and music is proven to be therapeutic.
  • We are also inviting the Carers/Family and the 50 plus to join us so that they can enjoy the preventative benefits of this activity.

The Program is on every second Tuesday and last Tuesday of the month
The venue is the Wheatsheaf Hall, Main Avenue, Bush Hill Park, EN1 1DS
