Sunaina joined the Eawa Family in 28th April 2026. She graduated from St Stephen’s College, Delhi, and holds a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad, India.

With over 20 years’ professional experience in the NHS, Sunaina has developed extensive operational and leadership expertise, with a strong track record in supporting staff wellbeing, reducing patient pathway delays and improving the quality of care across both emergency and planned hospital services.

Sunaina is originally from Jamshedpur and is very driven by her Indian values. She is particularly passionate about improving outcomes for older people and is committed to ensuring safe, high‑quality support for the elderly both in hospital and within the community. She brings strong professional insight, governance awareness and a values‑driven approach to her role on the Board, supporting EAWA’s mission to enhance the wellbeing of elderly and vulnerable individuals across Enfield.
